By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be discussed with me prior to starting the commission.

GENERAL TERMS & USAGE POLICY

  • DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI IN ANY WAY.

  • The commissioned artwork (including progress pictures) may be posted online unless you have specified otherwise.

  • The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless specified otherwise. If you would like to use the artwork commercially, let me know beforehand and we can discuss it.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is to be made via PayPal invoice only.

  • All prices listed are in USD.

  • Additional fees may be charged for certain revisions (see revisions section below)

COMMISSION PROCESS & REFUNDS

  1. First half of the price paid upfront.

  2. Multiple sketches will be made until you are happy with one. Partial refunds can only be made at this stage, which will be issued by me based on how much work has been done.

  3. The sketches will be colored roughly until you are happy with it. At this point, cancellations can still be made by you but you will not be refunded the first half of the price you paid.

  4. Second half of the price paid.

  5. Commission will be finished. Usually this is done without much further communication unless I have questions, but if the commission is taking more than a week, regular progress updates will be given. Minor revisions such as fixing mistakes & color grading can still be made after this stage.

REVISIONS

  • A revision is to be considered major or minor based on my discretion.

  • Free revisions:

  • A reasonable amount of major revisions in the sketching/thumbnailing/rough coloring stage (eg. three batches of thumbnails)

  • A reasonable amount of minor revisions in any stage

  • Fixing misunderstandings/mistakes on my part (eg. getting a part of the character design wrong)

  • Different versions of the completed commission (eg. transparent version, color-graded versions)

  • Revisions that require additional fees:

  • Excessive major revisions in any stage

  • Excessive minor revisions in any stage

  • Major revisions after the commission has been completed
